Blenheim Christmas Lights (14th November 2025 - 3rd January 2026)
Christmas at Blenheim Palace in 2025 promises to be an enchanting festive spectacular. Running from 14 November 2025 until 3 January 2026, the palace grounds are transformed into one of the UK's most celebrated illuminated light trails, featuring dazzling LED installations, lasers, fire effects, and carefully choreographed music that help tell a magical story in the gardens
Inside the historic State Rooms, wander through The Palace of Oz - a brand-new themed journey inspired by The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, complete with Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tin Woodman, Cowardly Lion, witches, Munchkins, and the Emerald City awaiting at its end. Add to the charm with The Great Skate, an undercover ice rink set in the stunning Great Court, perfect for festive skating.
Blenheim Christmas Market
The Christmas Market will be returning in 2025, with many designer/maker craft traders who will be housed in wooden chalets in the Great Court. Their distinctive range of artisan products will make perfect treats and gifts this Christmas.
With the sound of choirs singing Christmas carols, market traders offering unusual and handmade gifts, colourful decorations brightening wooden stalls and the aroma of mulled wine and cinnamon drifting in the air - a visit to the Blenheim Christmas Market is a truly magical experience.

Christmas at Daylesford
Christmas at Daylesford is basically a foodie wonderland. The farm shop fills up with proper winter veg, rich cheeses, biscuits you “accidentally” eat in one go, and jars of things that make everything taste better.
Gift shopping is easy here too. You can grab a ready-made hamper or build your own with treats that actually feel thoughtful. A bottle of bubbly, a chunk of cheese, maybe a candle that smells like a walk through the woods. Done.
It’s all simple, tasty, and charming in that I didn’t even stress about gifts this year kind of way.

Bicester Village at Christmas feels like stepping into a twinkly little shopping movie set. Fairy lights everywhere, festive music floating around, and shops full of things that make you think “yes, that is a perfect gift.”
It’s the place to find treats that feel a bit special without the panic. Cosy knit scarves, fancy candles, statement coats, shiny things you’d normally talk yourself out of but now… it’s Christmas, so why not? Plus, the warm drinks and little food stalls make it feel more like a day out than a shopping mission.
